The OUTCOME of YOUR INCOME #HAPPINESS

Money can’t buy love, but it can afford a happy lifestyle. I totally believe that you can buy your happiness, but first you have to have the resources to be “Want” and “Need” proficient. How does your savings look?

More than just a term used in History, It’s also a way of life that we should adapt to when it comes to money. I feel as if we would be happier if we took care of our needs FIRST and then satisfied our wants NEXT.

Be honest with yourself, how many times have you been in a predicament where you just have to have something, no matter the cost? We’re Americans…(we’re so spoiled) We want it when we want it, how we want it, all just to worry about the aftermath of in a latter event.

I have a hustle mentality and work tactic of slaving in overtime, but the “OUTCOME” of “INCOME” is so beautiful to me. If i have an overflow of overtime, that means that I EXCEEDED my regular hours…that means I HAVE MORE MONEY TO DO WHAT I WANT AND NEED…at the SAME time….so, for instance iBLOG, iWRITE… but in order for me to afford the “luxury” of building RealBdotcom… that’s where the “iWORK” comes into place.

It’s euphoria to have your wants satisfied while your needs are met, but nothing is fun about stressing on how the rent will get paid if you’re one of the ones updating your “fresh swag”, smoking like 2 chainz, (extensions), or buying the newest next hottest thing on the market. Money can make us happy if we spend it on the right things first.

Stay away from being a materialistic being. You can’t take any of those with you to Heaven (if that’s your goal)

A REAL B MOMENT: LOVIN THE CREW? 80/20 Rule?Who Cares?? JUST CHOOSE!

I posted a little tidbit on the Trey Songz, Lauren London beef that arose on social networks today. I chose “lovin the crew” not only because it’s the last Drake song a friend played in her car as we proceeded to work, but it symbolizes how a guy/ girl WILL utilize the skill of “Having their cake” and “Eating it too” if you don’t smush the shit in their face.

I had a friend, who took the time out of her day to work on a relationship restore after a hard days work with her “man”. She’s the 80 of course! However, there are 20’s floating around…She shouldn’t be working towards restoring something that she never wrecked. Not only is her effort more than what’s given…but I guess the words “LOVE” and “your so understanding” and “I appreciate you” are the pacifiers for #doormatting.

My key rule to all of my friends is, your business ain’t my business and my business ain’t yo business…but when it comes down to listening, I had to give my opinion and feedback on what’s real…If you are a man or a woman holding on to past 20’s while you have an “alleged” exclusive relationship with an 80..SLAP YA SELF! Even if it’s vice versa…Really? You have to have more than one person? Big Ego Pimpin!!!!

In my opinion (for my friend), it’s nasty…if you wanna live like a KING produce the LIFE to a QUEEN so she won’t be worried about the other “issues”. That’s what men who had many wives did, took care of home…Today’s day in age it’s like you’re settling for bare minimum just to say your with someone. The idiot below(Kobe Bryant)…I cannot take away from his career, but I can say he’s a “loving the crew” get caught type. Everytime he gets caught cheating however, he realizes it’s cheaper to keep her.

And for those “havers AND eaters” at the same damn time, Don’t you get tired of getting “love from the crew”… Some guy was telling me all men love hoes, they love women, but they love hoes too….Sad thing is a REAL WOMAN will be EVERYTHING a man needs and more (if he acts right)…so what’s the next excuse?….Stay lovin the crew if thas how u live, but damn move around from the real pollute fake hoes with that dumb shit!

I’m like Kudos though…15 hours later, I get an email and inbox to go check a friends Facebook update because Trey Songz and Lauren London are beefing publicly (EYEBROW RAISE..) It appeared that the beef started about 14 hours ago and has since died down, but the screen shots are below!!! Publicity stunt or is this really real? Brittany Nicole Carpentero…y’all know her… Ms. ATLien cornbread fed Puerto Rican and Black mixture thoroughbred…She is one of my most favorite mainstream and mixtape femcees to date. I just love her!!!Ms. Diamond aka Ms. 32 Flavaz (now Google that!)

Creating her legacy by joining the group Crime Mob in 2004. The group’s takeover launched with “Knuck If You Buck,” Which went platinum instantaneously. She moved forward with her own endeavors November 2007. Diamond left her group and 2010, showed us what #HOTLANTA chicks are made of!!! “My Chick Bad,” which was a Ludacris single, along with Trina and Eve reminded us she is no rookie to the game.

Debuting her very own single “Lotta Money” the summer of 2010, heightened the coming out of #TEAMPRETTY leader(@Twitter hashtag she populated); Keeping the fans enticed, she released her single “Buy It All” on BET’s 106 & Park late 2011, and was also nominated for Best Female Hip Hop Artist at the BET Awards of 2011. What an amazing year for her!!!

Rumors of her being on the new season of Love and Hip hop…#SMASHED!!!!…DON’T believe the hype!!! She will NOT be doing so. “I’m just not trying to surround myself around drama,” Diamond told AllHipHop.com. “I just have worked so hard to get away from that. I’d rather put my life into music, rather then just be on a reality show. I’m just not one to gamble with my life and career like that.”

The most controversial thing I can say that surfaced was former breakup fire that was fueled with ATL’s crowned Prince Lil’ Scrappy (and his Ma Dukes). A brief candid sour patch candy face moment (not for her however). As of now she has been linked with rapper beau Soulja Boy. Talk about #UPGRADED swag. I’m not sure how true that is, but any man with Jay-Z attributes better “Beyonce” his woman’s life!!!

What’s new in 2012??? According to @DiamondATL Twitter news, As anticipation builds for her debut album,she told Boombox.com, “I don’t want it to drop no later than third quarter [of 2012]…I’m just gearing up with a lot of different producers. I’m going down to Miami, to start work with The Runners. I have two records with Jim Jonsin. So I’m just transitioning over to that big sound, leaving that old sound behind.”

And ya girl gon’ go HOLLYWOOD!!! She’s doing a movie as well. Diamond has been my breath of new inspiration for wearing all the hats of a real woman holding it down in Hip Hop: keeping her business personal (and out of unnecessary scandal), chasing goals through obstacles and successfully working towards them to execute and pursue. #ATL #SALUTE

“Officially Miss Guided” aka….

OMG Girlz! Say hello to the newest “girls on the block”. American teenage girl group formed by Tameka “Tiny” Harris and Kiesha Miles in 2009. This Atlanta based girl group is on the rise,with stylish fashion sense and positive “independent girl” powered anthems that are comparable to TLC, with their matrixed 3-some formulation and scintillating fashion style and amazing chemistry, WEEEERKKK!.

The group consists of Members Zonnique Pullins, Bahja Rodriguez, Breaunna Womack. Past members included Reginae Carter (Grammy Award winning Lil’ Wayne’s daughter and one of the original members) & Lourdres Rodriguez (her separation from

the group was said to be age related.) So far no dramatics in regards to separation for these lil’ women in media press for their reconstruction.

The OMG Girlz signed a recording deal with Pretty Hustle/Grand Hustle Records with the single release “Gucci this, Gucci that”, have been featured on the “Scream” tour with Mindless Behavior, BET reality show Tiny & Toya, 106 & Park, so forth and so on.

Their iconicly viewed parents must be proud. Even with Lil Miss Reginae Carter(who is no longer a part of the OMG Girlz). How can you not want to attempt to live up to your parents stardom and fame? “Star” has TI and both Tiny to look up to in regards to Hip Hop and Girl group do’s and don’t’s. I can see this group being a new age success, becoming iconic to our now teen ladies coming up.

Based out of Atlanta (Hip Hop Music mecca), equally talented, along with an expanding fan base from tweens up to adults, there isn’t any competition right now between the ages of 13-17.

So it appears that they are ahead. There is alot of talented young artists, but (frowny face….) No girl groups come to mind.

The lyrics for “Gucci this, Gucci that goes as such, “Gucci this, Gucci that, Gucci everything… give me this, give me that, give me everything,” and “What kind of chick you know rocks Gucci from head to toe?”

Despite all their hardworks and efforts to gain as much positive feedback as possible, there are a few “naysayers”when it comes to these pleasantly beautiful young ladies

Well I peeped the video and I loved it. They were dressed APPROPRIATELY for starters…These ladies represent themselves well. Some people’s controversy, in my opinion are simply bank related…(OH!!! you hatin’ on little girls who make more than you do off of a song than you will in a lifetime???…#BEMAD)

How can they be viewed as “materialistic”?? I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but these kids aren’t hurting for anything. They can even BUY publicity if it was that important to them. So let’s keep it positive people. Remember they’re working for their “Gucci this, Gucci that” the same way you sit up at your job working for yours! Instead of hatin… Get you some “Gucci this, Gucci that” and don’t be a hater all ya life! Haha

He/She Smashed the Homies…

Urban dictionary “correct definition” is:
When a person in a relationship (open or exclusive) finds out their partner has slept (had sex) with their friend/associate, prior to the relationship’s existence.

You meet someone, y’all vibe, connect and expand on another level, just to find out somebody had a piece of the pie you want to fully consume?! It happens so much, and I did remember briefly “For the Love of Ray J”, the beginning of this “Smash the Homie” pandemonium. He had two instances where two women slept with one of his close friends. .Reality is, there is too much time in the world to build towards getting over who your lover smashed. Why be worried about what happened before you “clocked” your time in with your boo. That’s all it is…a PRIOR technicality, or “foul” in the game of life.It doesn’t mean it’s completely over, it is a small hiccup that requirea you be a grown individual. “IT” happens, get over yourself. If you’re not the Virgin Mary herself, you’re bound to sleep with someone or be with someone through an extension of someone you know, knew or heard of! Real T.

I’m not saying to partake in a big orgy fest and expect it and accept it, but it’s probably common that it’s occurred at least once in a lifetime. Getting to know people and dating are not on my tasks of easy to do’s, but it can be done if there is, men probably handle this better than women. Majority of women tend not to judge you on your past. We trust in our ability to enhance a man through a relationship, or “Upgrade U”. That basically means you don’t need anybody or anything further (she accepted your “smash the homie” and is holding you down, what more do you need?). Most men more than likely will test women until they get to a point where they can trust her, especially if she was the homie smasher.

I don’t believe that who you slept with before who you fell in love with will determine if your relationship will last.You have no control over who you meet and sleep with, and if anybody is at fault, it would be coincidence. I don’t like the idea of conforming to society for their idea of happiness. Live your life… and if you can’t, check out my previous post it gives you insight on how to worry about you.

I find it very easy to do the wrong things with no thought, question or concern and yet the right things seems like the hardest part of life to some.

Time is the key to life. I was once told that you are basically living everyday to die. This sounded all kinds of freakish, but when you put it into perspective, I get it! From the time you were born, you’re ready to die. Every step in life is gearing you towards just that. Time is the essence of life, and it makes your world go round. Think about how much time you do or don’t have according to how you spend your days….

I used to probably be one of the smartest procrastinators I know. (contravening to the statement, it is possible to be both) I used to pride about being able to succeed at everything I attempted simply because if it appeared to show some sort of success, then in my mind, I’ve conquered defeat. No matter how much I love being the person who doesn’t study to get “good” results, I’ve encountered that smarter people who apply skills  get “great” results. (at least in this case)

…anyone can be good, but a PROFESSIONAL is going to sharpen skills in life to be better than just average.

I had to take my own advice. I purchased calendars, planners, and anything leadership or organization oriented to keep me under wraps with trying to enhance my entrepreneurial mindset.(Which has worked surprisingly well thusfar.) Perhaps if I had taken TIME,  the outcome of success might have proven to be different.

Time also correlates with money. This is something we need to survive (I don’t care what anybody says, in this day in age it’s the one powerful thing that separates “haves” and “have nots” somehow in our society.) When you PLAN to do things with your TIME, you will see the difference in how things come together. Work diligently, your paycheck will reflect that.

Overall, the key word in all of this is PLAN. Plan to be the success you desire to be in life.

Be Full…

“A full life…”

That was a post by Evelyn Lozada a few weeks ago. I’m glaring at a picture that contains a zesty turquoise background with a cup of what I conveyed as being life, poured full.

Your life consists of everything around you…Grab a deck, shuffle, and distribute. That’s the game of life and everybody gets dealt hands (some better hands than others).

Nonetheless we are dealt something…and it may not be the

greatest hand, but with every breath of life you breathe is a chance to change whatever it is that’s not keeping your life as full as it can be at all times. Happy people stay full!

Hell, fake it ’til u make it if you have to (people kill to see misery). I mean if trouble doesn’t last always anyways, then certainly smile ’til Joy comes in the morning!
